Apply to be a coach at The Fly 2024

Have you ever wanted to coach in the UK’s best Sixes Lacrosse league and try your hand with AND against some of the best in the world?

If the answer is yes, then now’s your chance as we open coaching applications for The Fly 2024!

Opening for a two-week period between Friday 29 September and Friday 13 October, we’re on the hunt for the brightest and best coaching talent the world has to offer.

We’ve got open positions as Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches across the men’s and women’s formats of our four franchise teams: Forge; Rise; Hustle; and Swift.

Applications are open to coaches from all coaching backgrounds but you must be available across our three competition weekends at a venue TBC: 11 or 12 May, 18 or 19 May, and 1 & 2 June 2024.

As an event showcasing the UK’s top talent, we’re looking for key leaders and mentors of the game to be at the forefront of shaping strategy for the teams at The Fly as part of the rapid development of Sixes Lacrosse.

We’re looking for forward-thinking coaches ready to run with innovative ideas to give the players the edge both on and off the field.

You’ll be overseeing player selection and squad management, leading on a clear team ethos that embodies the values of The Fly, and then letting them fly when it comes to game time.

The Fly is also committed to providing coaches with the best possible opportunity to develop and progress as a performance coach in a high performance environment.
