Chandler & Allen take home The Fly 2025 MVG awards

Forge’s Emilie Chandler and Jack Allen took home The Fly’s 2025 Most Valuable Goalie awards after their magnificent performances during this year’s competition.

Both goalies helped their teams to this year’s titles with the women defeating Hustle 7-6 and the men taking a 22-13 victory over Rise.

Despite being a now four-time The Fly champion and two-time All-Star Team member, this is the first MVG award Chandler has won.

Having played for Forge for five years since The Fly’s inception in 2021, Chandler bleeds green and black and takes the MVG award as captain.

Allen made his third appearance at The Fly in 2025 and takes his second MVG award after first winning the award in 2024 after a 56% save rate helped his side to a first title.

He’s also been in The Fly’s All-Star Team in 2023 and 2024 and is undoubtedly one of the best goalies to grace the field at The Fly.
