Coach at The Fly 2022

Applications are now open for the opportunity to coach at The Fly 2022 across 2-5 June.

The coaching application process is now live and following on from the successful first year, we now have the opportunity for you to be a part of The Fly 2022.

We are recruiting for both Head Coach and Assistant Coach positions across the Men’s and Women’s squads and we would encourage applications from coaches of all coaching backgrounds.

As an event showcasing the UK’s top talent, we’re looking for key leaders and mentors of the game to be at the forefront of shaping strategy for the teams at The Fly.

We’re looking for forward-thinking coaches ready to run with innovative ideas to give the players the edge both on and off the field.

You’ll be overseeing squad management, leading on a clear team ethos that embodies the values of the competition, and then letting them fly when it comes to game time.

The Fly is also committed to providing coaches with the best possible opportunity to develop and progress as a performance coach in a high performance environment.

The coaching application stage is open until Sunday 31 October with shortlisted candidates then being invited to interview between 15-28 November.
