Coach at The Fly 2025 - Applications open

Get ready to go head to head against some of the best in the game!

The Fly Sixes Lacrosse is now recruiting for forward-thinking, innovative coaches ready to elevate the game of Sixes Lacrosse in 2025 and lead our athletes towards success on the field at The Fly and through to the Olympics. 

We’re on the hunt for the brightest and best coaching talent to work as Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches across the men’s and women’s formats of our four teams: Forge; Rise; Hustle; and Swift.

Your role will be to to help create a player-focused, high-performance squad with the opportunity to foster leadership, develop a positive, winning culture and prepare athletes for both immediate and long-term success.

You will have the chance to define playing styles as part of a comprehensive team preparation programme, and work with The Fly and England Lacrosse in ensuring that all coaching practices align with our high standards.

Applications are open to coaches from all coaching backgrounds but you must be available across our competition weekends 17-18 May, and 31 May-1 June 2025.
