We are pleased to announce Lilleshall National Sports Centre as the central venue for The Fly across the 17 July & 7-8 August competition dates.

The inaugural year of The Fly will be hosted at Lilleshall National Sports Centre, a centre of excellence providing world-class sporting facilities for the country’s leading sportsmen and women.

The National Centre hosts multiple national and GB teams, providing day-to-day training facilities for Olympians, as well as FIFA-standard grass pitches used by Premier League football clubs and national associations from the UK and abroad.

All players and coaches will be accommodated onsite at the National Centre allowing the teams and athletes to take full advantage of the high-performance facilities and catering on offer.

On-site gyms, lecture theatres, and menus specially designed by nutritionists at the English Institute of Sport for performance athletes, will make sure players are fully fuelled and prepared for competition.

The immersive nature of the centre, housing all our men’s and women’s athletes in one location for the competition, will create a truly high-performance environment in which the players can learn and excel.

Taking The Fly to Lilleshall for the first year of competition emphasises the athlete-focused nature of the event, allowing our players to showcase their talent as we bring you multi-camera coverage of The Fly 2021 to make sure you’ve don’t miss a minute of the action!
